Terms of Use
Last updated 18th August 2026
These terms explain the rules for using the Chat to Eve waitlist website at chattoeve.com. By using this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by James Quayle Creative Limited, trading as Chat to Eve ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14526660, with its registered office at Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@chattoeve.com.
2. What this website is
This website currently exists to introduce Chat to Eve and to let interested people join a waitlist to be notified when it becomes available. Chat to Eve is a product in development. The full product is not yet available through this website, and nothing on this website is an offer to provide the product or a guarantee that it will launch, or launch in any particular form, at any particular time, or at any particular price.
3. Joining the waitlist
When you join the waitlist:
- You confirm that the email address you provide is yours and that you are happy for us to contact you about Chat to Eve.
- Joining the waitlist does not create any contract to provide you with the product, guarantee you access, or reserve any price or offer.
- We may contact you about Chat to Eve’s launch and progress. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- We may close, change, or restart the waitlist, or decide not to launch, at our discretion.
How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the website in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation;
- Submit anyone else’s personal information (such as an email address that is not yours) without their permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, or any connected system;
- Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful material; or
- Use any automated system to submit the form, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the website.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including the name Chat to Eve, the Eve name and logo, text, graphics, design, and layout – is owned by or licensed to James Quayle Creative Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our branding or content elsewhere without our written permission.
6. No warranties
This website is provided "as is" and "as available". While we take reasonable care over it, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not make promises about the accuracy or completeness of the information on it (which describes a product still in development and may change). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties relating to this website.
7. Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on any content on it. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so – including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Because this is an informational waitlist website rather than a paid service, this section is deliberately general. Full product terms, including service-specific liability terms, will apply when Chat to Eve launches as a paid product.
8. Links to other sites
This website may contain links to other websites (for example, social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites; following such links is at your own risk.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. When Chat to Eve becomes available as a product, separate full terms and conditions will govern your use of the product itself.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to them or to this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Contact us
If you have any question about these terms, email us at hello@chattoeve.com or write to James Quayle Creative Limited, Innovation Centre, 99 Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RY, United Kingdom.
